Join The Corson Building chefs Matthew Dillon and Emily Crawford along with Jason French, chef and owner of Portland’s Ned Ludd at The Corson Building on Wednesday, December 14th to honor two amazing women with a non “technicolor cooking” meal. Inspired by Kim and Elizabeth, we will create “Good cooking… honest, sincere and simple.” Dinner is $50 a person exclusive of wine, tax and gratuity. Reservations will be taken from 6pm-10pm. Please join us for a fabulous chef and winemaker’s Harvest Dinner with Caleb and Nina of Buty Winery, and Chef Matt Dillon of The Corson Building. It will be a special evening in the spirit of The Corson Building’s style. You will enjoy five rounds of Matt’s food paired with Butys and BEASTs from the past, present and future. Food & Wine has recognized Buty twice as “Best of the Best” for Washington red wine producers, and deeming the Rediviva of the Stones wine of the year in 2007.
Jimgermanbar is a gem of a space that will be holding our harvest celebration in Waitsburg, WA. Waitsburg is quintessential Washington small town Americana, and it’s only 20 minutes east of Walla Walla. Festivities will begin at 6pm.

Our independence won, we must now celebrate!
On July 14th we will open the gates to the Corson Building Fortress at 3pm. Price for admission is $35 and a cut for our government. You will receive entry and three drink tickets to use on any libation to fortify you from the many daring feats of danger and surprise waiting for you.
