Spring has arrived at The Corson Building

April 1, 2014
It’s the first day of April, and it really does feel like Spring has finally arrived. After a March of gloomy days and record breaking rainstorms, it’s nice to feel the sun shining and see the flowers blooming. With the arrival of April, we finally start to see the emergence of the local produce, and the arrival of the unbelievable ingredients that make the Northwest such a stellar place for our food community.
In an effort to celebrate Spring’s arrival, we are happy to announce three unique dining events in April that will augment our regular Friday, Saturday and Sunday night dinner services. On Thursday April 10th, we’ll be hosting our annual spring Salmon dinner ($60 per person before tax and gratuity, beverages additional, reservations available between 6:00pm and 9:30pm), celebrating the majesty of the Northwest’s most iconic fish. On Sunday April 20th, we ring in Spring’s arrival with an Easter Brunch ($35 per person before tax and gratuity, beverages additional, reservations between 10am and 1:30). Finally, on Thursday April 24th, we have another seasonal fête on tap with a Greek Lamb Dinner ($60 per person before tax and gratuity, beverages additional, reservations available between 6:00pm and 9:30pm) focusing on one of our favorite ingredients and national food traditions. Please come down to Georgetown to join us for a meal!
We’ll look forward to seeing you in April, and thank you for your continued support!
